5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium and Couple plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not used premium features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and technology on the RatherYou platform are owned by RatherYou and protected by intellectual property laws. Your life fork responses and personal data remain yours.

7. Disclaimer

RatherYou provides compatibility insights and life alignment analysis. We do not guarantee relationship outcomes. Our platform is a tool for clarity, not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatherYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms
